Cost of corruption crisis (CCC) – Allegations and evidence of misconduct within the City of Port Phillip Council, including misuse of funds, improper intimate relationships, conflicts of interest, unlawful actions and intimidation, point to a toxic culture that needs immediate intervention to restore public trust. The issue is systemic.
